Our company secretary ensures we take care of our reputation. Filing statutory information on time and operating with strong corporate governance at board meetings.

Finance

Our finance team play a huge role in our company performance. With individual teams focussed on their own specialism they work together to ensure we deliver strong results that exceed how we perform, today, tomorrow and in the future.

Treasury & Investor Relations

Liaising with our key financial stakeholders, such as banks, bond holders and credit rating agencies the Treasury & Investor Relations team manage the group’s cash, ensuring we have sufficient funds to service the needs of both the business and our customers.

Tax

The team focus on ensuring we remain compliant with our tax and VAT commitments in the UK providing specialist advice to ensure we remain up to date with our obligations.

Financial Control

Comprising a number of teams the wider financial control team are responsible for the accurate and efficient processing of the Groups transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll and the accurate recording of monthly transactions to produce monthly management reports under the relevant accounting standards.

Risk, Internal Control and Audit

The risk, internal control and audit team take the lead on this to ensure as a business we are able to achieve our key goals and strategic objectives via robust risk leadership, management and guidance.
